From theory to tarmac: how Voltified Energy is introducing a new standard in EV diagnostics and challenging the market giants

Dozens of hours of intensive road testing, sleepless nights and technical challenges demanding our full attention are behind us. Our team is currently giving 100% — nothing is impossible for us, and we are proving that we can deliver at every stage. As a Polish company, we are preparing for a breakthrough launch: introducing our own Voltified-branded certificates of technical condition and battery health to the domestic market, designed for both the B2B sector and individual customers (B2C). Take a look behind the scenes of our latest work in the field.

From theory to tarmac: how Voltified Energy is introducing a new standard in EV diagnostics and challenging the market giants

Practice over theory — a team giving 100%

Theory alone is not enough in electric mobility. The true value of technology is tested on the road. The past few weeks have been a period of exceptionally intensive road testing for the Voltified team. Instead of staying in the office, we moved our entire diagnostic environment into a test electric car to check the stability and precision of our systems under real, varied operating conditions. For the tests, we used a black BMW i3, putting it through a complete diagnostic and verification procedure.

Each of the attached photographs from our tests documents the full commitment of our technology team, Tomasz and Aleksander. We are giving everything we have, without slowing down for a moment. Our attention to detail and determination enable us to create solutions that set new standards in the zero-emission vehicle market.

The main objective: implementing the Voltified certification system

The primary and most important objective of the recent road trials was to launch our Voltified certification system and verify it fully under demanding real-world conditions. We know very well what the biggest barrier to buying a used electric vehicle is: fear of the unknown condition of its most expensive component. As a Polish company, we are working intensively towards bringing independent, highly precise Voltified certificates of technical condition and battery health to market.

We are designing our services to be versatile, lifting the burden of market uncertainty from two key customer groups:

  1. B2C sector (individual customers): Anyone buying or selling a used electric car will receive a reliable document in black and white. No more buying blind and taking financial risks. A Voltified certificate guarantees transparency in the transaction.

  2. B2B sector (businesses and fleets): Leasing companies, car dealerships and fleet managers gain a tool for accurately determining vehicles’ residual value. This is a revolution in cost calculation and fixed-asset management.

Crucially, the reliability of our analyses is more than a claim. We are creating a strong, stable and 100% Polish alternative to foreign assessment corporations. We are proving that a domestic product can deliver data with the highest level of precision and legal standing, backed by CARA accreditation.

The BHV product: translating technology into finance

The biggest breakthrough we are currently working on, and calibrating using the data we collect, is our proprietary BHV system. This is where the real revolution in how electric-car value is perceived takes place.

BHV is the first traction-battery residual-value certificate on the market, issued on the basis of a rigorous technical-condition certificate.

Most tools on the market stop at reading fault codes or providing a percentage indicator of wear. We go one step further and do something nobody else offers: we translate raw technical data into hard financial data. With BHV, fleet managers and private owners receive more than bare voltage or resistance figures. They receive specific information about how much the traction battery in a given vehicle is worth and how that affects the financial value of the entire car.

This unique approach forms the foundation of our ultimate business project, Voltified Fleet Intelligence. It is a SaaS platform (dashboard) designed to manage the technical condition and financial value of electric-vehicle fleets. The system will aggregate diagnostic and telematics data to radically optimise operating and charging costs.

Although Voltified Energy is still a young start-up, the pace of our work and the uniqueness of the solutions we are introducing, such as BHV, already position us as an innovator ready to change the rules of the game. We are steadily pursuing our goal.

We are aiming for the leading position — the future belongs to us!

Everything you see in the photographs is just a taste of the revolution we are preparing. Our team is already proving that no barrier is beyond us. We are leaving the competition behind by combining engineering precision with the real needs of today’s financial and automotive markets.

We are not creating yet another run-of-the-mill diagnostic program. We are creating a new global standard for valuing electric vehicles, born here in Poland. Every successful test, every line of code processed by the BHV system and every additional kilometre driven brings us closer to a major commercial launch.

The EV market is growing rapidly, and we are right at the front of that train. We are motivated, 100% ready, and nothing will stop us. Would you like to witness the emergence of a new force in electric-car diagnostics and valuation? Keep up with us, because the best is yet to come, and we are proving that independent Polish technology solutions are worth backing. Stay tuned!

Voltified Energy at the 13th Polish Congress of Entrepreneurship

On 3–4 November 2026, Voltified Energy will take part in the 13th Polish Congress of Entrepreneurship in Wrocław. Gabriel Markut, the company’s CEO and co-founder, will appear as a speaker and panellist, presenting the Battery Health Value concept we are developing. At our own stand, we will showcase traction battery diagnostics, the Voltified Certificate and solutions that support the assessment of the risk and value of electric cars. Our participation in the Congress will conclude with an evening gala, at which Voltified Energy will appear as a nominee for the Polish Innovation Award 2026.

A strategic mistake costing millions: why your EV fleet’s TCO is fiction without hard battery data

A strategic mistake costing millions: why your EV fleet’s TCO is fiction without hard battery data

In finance, uncertainty carries the highest price. For electric fleets, that uncertainty has a name: residual-value risk. If you cannot prove the condition of a car’s most important component, the market will assume the worst, and your company will pay an “ignorance tax”. Find out how Voltified Fleet Intelligence is changing the way chief financial officers look at traction batteries.

Issue 40/2026 of “Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa” (a Polish insurance trade newspaper) features an article by Gabriel Markut, CEO of Voltified Energy, on why battery condition matters for the value of an electric car and for claims handling. The piece explains why, in the case of EVs, model year, mileage and a standard inspection are not always enough for a full assessment of a vehicle, and how reliable battery data can support valuation, determining the extent of damage and assessing whether a repair is justified. It is also Voltified Energy’s voice in a broader conversation about the need for common diagnostic standards, transparent reports and better cooperation between technology and the insurance market. As the number of used electric cars grows, this kind of information will become increasingly important for insurers, appraisers, repair shops, dealers and drivers.
